occupancy and are subject to change and availability. If you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, we must receive advance notice. Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to the check-in time of the date being cancelled, and a cancellation number must be issued. This cancellation policy applies to each night of your reservation. If you are unable to cancel within the specified time, the accommodations (space and rate requirements) you had reserved must be rebooked before we can refund your deposit.
